A Word About My Fees
My fees are significantly lower than the fees charged by most child custody lawyers and family law attorneys in New York City. I currently charge $250 an hour for all Family Court cases, including appeals. I believe that legal fees have become way too high for the average person, and that it is important to provide people with high quality services at an affordable price. For the same reason, my initial consultation with you is totally free.

Location
I am a lifelong New York City resident and moved to Staten Island, New York in 2022. I am easily accessible by phone, and unlike most laweyers I try to answer my own phone whenever possible, and also take calls outside of regular working hours. I do many phone and video consultations . For in person meetings I rent office space at 80 Broad Street, in lower Manhattan, just a few minutes walk from the Staten Island Ferry. I understand that family law issues can be not only stressful but also time-consuming, and I strive to make the process as easy and convenient as possible.
